Ingredients
bean vermicelli
whole shrimp
diced garlic
soy sauce
chicken broth
green scallions
Steps
Soak the bean vermicelli in water (~ 20 min.) until it is soft. Then drain the water, place it in a bowl for steaming.
Clean the shrimp. Best practice is to cut open the shell and remove the gut.
Create the sauce by mixing soy sauce with chicken broth.
Lay the shrimp on top of the bean vermicelli. Dice garlic and green scallion and place it on top of the shrimp. Then drizzle the sauce on top of the shrimp.
Steam on high for about ~15 min. w00t w00t.
