Stir-fried Snow Peas, 清炒雪豆
Simple stir-fry dish with a deliciously crispy vegetable
This is one of those easy-to-make daily dishes that never gets old. You can use either snow peas or sweet peas. Either way, you’ll find this to be a really quick and delightful dish —- the deliciousness-to-speed ratio is unbeatable.

In reality, you can use this simple recipe for any kind of sugar pea, such as sugar snap peas, snow peas, or whatever this is:
The ends of these kinds of peas are always really fibrous. We always want to peel the ends off in preparation for cooking. You can also break them into more bite-size pieces. Wash thoroughly.
Heat oil in wok to a hot temperature. Add a little salt and stir-fry some crushed garlic for flavoring.
Then, place the peas into the wok and stir fry.
Sometimes it helps to add a little water to the wok.
Remember to keep stirring and flipping the peas, so that they don't burn.
Snow peas will be ready when it turns a darker shade of green.
When the peas are done, salt to taste.
Serve on a plate
